Thank you for purchasing an Austwide product. Your product is automatically registered for the warranty plan that applies to your equipment.

Note: Atosa products may require manual registration for their extended parts warranty.  If  you have any difficulties please ring 1800 813 987 for assistance.

Note: All warranties are conditional to preventative maintenance being carried out (Service Bulletin 20190813). All extended warranties are subject to the terms of the Standard Warranty. Proof of maintenance may be required. It is best to keep a log of when the equipment is serviced and condensers are cleaned.

We recommend that preventative maintenance be carried out at a minimum of twice a year, mid summer and early spring.

Remember,refrigeration is amongst the hardest working mechanical equipment and it is normally running 24 hr a day 365 days a year. Like your car if you don’t provide preventative maintenance it will fail.

Purchasing extended warranty

Extended warranties are not available on all brands.

If you did not purchase an extended warranty when you purchase your equipment you may purchase it directly from Austwide. Any extended warrant must be purchased within 120 days of product purchase. Contact Austwide on 1800 813 987 to purchase.
