Display Refrigerators are available in a large number of different configurations. Designed to display refrigerated products for self-service and assisted service.  They range from full-sized upright models to under-bench and back bar units to smaller models that sit on top of counters. Temperatures vary from the standard 2C, which is suitable for perishables, to higher temperatures for flowers or speciality products. Models include swing doors and sliding door models. Specialized cases are available with higher humidity to keep cakes from drying out and at the correct temperature.
